1. Services and products
We offer personalised numerology, Vastu and energy-healing consultations, and spiritual remedies such as crystals, yantras and energised items. Consultations are based on the information you provide and our professional knowledge. Products are spiritual support tools and are not a replacement for medical, legal or financial advice.
2. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse an order where details are inaccurate, stock is unavailable or payment fails; any amount paid will be refunded in that case.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change without notice. Full payment is required before a product ships or a consultation is delivered. Payments are processed through PhonePe.
4. Shipping and delivery
Products are dispatched within the time shown on the product page. Delivery times vary by location and courier, and we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
5. Returns and refunds
Consultation services are non-refundable once delivered; rescheduling is possible with prior notice. Products can be returned only if they arrive damaged or incorrect — see our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Use remedies according to the instructions provided. Results vary from person to person and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
