Most families today live in apartments, where you cannot move the main door or the kitchen. Apartment Vastu works with the flat as it is. You upload the floor plan, Dr. Rajiev Dhingra maps it onto the 16 Vastu zones and sends a report with practical corrections that suit a rented or owned flat.

This consultation is done completely online. Upload a builder’s brochure layout, an architect’s drawing or a clear hand sketch with room sizes, and mark north if you know it. The report arrives on email and WhatsApp. No site visit is included in this service.

    How does an online consultation work?
    You choose a service, fill in your details (and upload a floor plan for Vastu), and pay securely through PhonePe. Dr. Rajiev Dhingra prepares your report and the team contacts you on WhatsApp or phone to schedule a call where needed.
    How will I receive my report?
    Reports are sent by email as a PDF and also shared on WhatsApp. You can discuss the report on a follow-up call.
    Is my information kept private?
    Yes. Your birth details, floor plans and documents are stored privately, used only to prepare your report and never shared with anyone.
    Do I need an architect’s floor plan?
    No. An architect’s drawing is best, but a builder’s brochure layout or a clear hand-drawn sketch with room sizes works. Mark the north direction if you can, or upload a photo of a compass reading at the main door.
    Will I have to break walls?
    Rarely. Almost every correction we suggest uses colour, placement, metal strips, crystals or yantras. Structural changes are suggested only when there is no other way, and always as an option.
    Can you do a site visit?
    Yes, site visits are available for commercial and industrial projects and in and around Gorakhpur. Mention it in your booking and we will share the travel charges.
